- Advance payment of the first month’s license fee and a security deposit equivalent to one month's license fee and signing of the licence agreement are all required to settle by credit card upon check-in. Visa/Master/AE/JCB China Union/Bank transfers and local cheques (at least 5 working days is required) are acceptable.
- Extension of stay is subject to availability and price revision
- Early termination or cancellation would not be allowed once the licence agreement is signed
